The SWCD Program hosted a webinar on the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Pesticide General Permit on January 20th. Beth Moore from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) gave a presentation and answered questions to clarify who needs to register for the pesticide general permit, how to register for the permit, and an overview of the elements of the Pesticide Discharge Management Plan that is required with registration.
