Publishing & Distribution offers a complete printing procurement service using an electronic bulletin board system. We save customers time and money through the following activities:
- Coordinating projects between customers and vendors
- Developing bid specifications
- Awarding contracts and cutting purchase orders
- Monitoring vendor performance
- Resolving conflict through consultation and mediation
- Maintaining a list of pre-approved vendors.
Vendors are pre-qualified to verify production capabilities and equipment. Contracts are awarded through a competitive bid process. The low bidder must meet delivery and quality requirements.
