Here's help to quit

The Great American Smokeout™ Nov. 19 is your opportunity to join up with others and take the first step toward quitting tobacco, even if it’s just for a day. PEBB plans cover The Quit For Life® Program, which makes chances of quitting eight times greater than trying to quit on your own. Call 1.866.QUIT.4.LIFE (1-866-784-8454).
